We called FloodSERV after a water line broke during the winter while our office was closed. When we returned, we walked into an absolute mess and didn’t even know where to begin. Thankfully, FloodSERV was there to help! They were absolutely amazing every step of the way—from the initial cleanup through the entire process. Their team was professional, responsive, and made a very stressful situation so much easier to handle. We are incredibly grateful for the care and service they provided and would highly recommend FloodSERV to anyone dealing with unexpected water damage!

This company is outstanding!! I live in OKC and this was for my dad's place in Eufaula. His condo flooded while he was in the middle of an extended hospital stay. From the time Mo contacted me to assemble his crew to Casey giving me frequent updates, they and the rest of their team (Cameron, Ashton and Mike) were friendly, professsional, thorough and informative. Because of the situation, a neighbor had to let them in several times during the 2.5 week dryout and the neighbor was also very impressed. Even to someone not directly involved, a non-client, if you will, the courtesty and professionalism was extended. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend!!!

Immensely. You guys did a great job. Moe was very gracious to work with us and our insurance company to put us at ease as to what they would do and how they would do it and the results show. You have a marvelous crew and Mandy and Lauren were always very gracious and helpful in answering our questions and providing the information needed at the time.Casey, Ashton and the on-site crew were also great, efficient and kept us apprised of what was going on and their daily comings and goings at the house. We would highly recommend FloodServ to anybody needing water extraction/remediation done to their home or business, (with the exception of the cost)!😱. But when we saw the expertise, quality and care of the job (start to finish, with 360° photos that really came in handy in dealing with our insurance company and contractor), we knew we'd chosen the right company to do the job. Thank you all!

We are repeat customers. Each time they have come out to help us they are absolutely amazing. Every worker is kind , compassionate and determined. We had a pipe leak for multiple day’s unnoticed which caused a awful smell in my house along with a huge water mess, they worked through it to get me set up to where it only took a short time to get cleaned up and the smell we thought would never go away is no longer there!. They were understanding of my situation which is why I continue to use them. We are lucky we have a good company like this in McAlester !

Casey & Jared came to simply (what I thought!) clean my parents a/c ducts for the first time ever. Man, was I wrong! What a detailed, fine oiled machine/process those young men have down. They removed all the cover/register deals along with the filter cover panel, took them outside & power washed them, went into every individual opening in the ceiling and thoroughly cleaned each one all the while taking extra steps to protect our furniture, etc from the debris & dust that came out. Lastly, they got into the little closet deal where the actual unit is & probably spent close to an hour in there getting into every nook & cranny possible. The lemon stuff they used to sanitize everything at the end was awesome. I can’t say enough positive things about them. They were amazing and I thank them so very much. Will definitely use them in 3 years whenever it’s time to be done again. THANK YOU CASEY & JARED! Your company should be proud of how you represent them!

We had an ice maker malfunction and flood a portion of our lake house. Floodserv responded immediately and had a team on site within an hour or so, and this house is a good thirty minutes from McAlester. They had the water cleaned up baseboard out, holes drilled in the drywall, fans and dehumidifiers running within two hours of arrival. I'm sure their quick and efficient action minimized the damage saving us inconvenience and repair expense. The team was considerate, reassuring, knowledgeable, efficient and all together a pleasure to work with. These folks are great at controlling and cleaning up the mess. They don't do the repairs but they do provide referrals to other good companies that will. If you have a disaster this is the company to call.

We recently called FloodServ not once, but twice when we had 2 water line breaks in different parts of the house. They responded quickly and worked incredibly hard to get the floors and walls dry. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They will always be the first call I make if this ever happens again! Thank you FloodServ!

Mo amd Tom were amazing. Knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our house was safe for our kids. Educated me on mold because we are from Phx.,Az so when we saw mold it was time to react. Thank you for a service very well done!

Very respectable and efficient company. We had a mess and they came right out and took care of it for us. They called every time they did something to make sure we were happy with the service. Very, very pleased! Would highly recommend them for anyone who has any kind of water damage.

We truly appreciate the quick response and great care they took to clean our carpet. We had a beloved elderly dog who had stained the carpet and we weren't sure if we would have to replace it. But they quickly made it like new again!

Our washer backed up into our house along with sewage and flood serve was very prompt in cleaning up. Our flooring had to be removed and they came out ripped all of our flooring and disposed of it for us . Dried our floors and then scheduled a time convenient for me to come and clean our tiles and cement before we began laying the new flooring. Thank You Flood Serve for a job well done.
